Under this motto, we created the Negroni in collaboration with the theater and the newly acquired Neumarkt restaurant. A classic cocktail like the Negroni with the fresh breeze of verbena and a little extra spice from gentian root. This results in a well-rounded, exciting and yet strong recipe for a strong future in Neumarkt, which is steeped in history.
