Its origin is not exactly clear, but the daiquiri became famous thanks to Ernest Hemingway, who was served the cocktail in Cuba. The daiquiri belongs to the sour family. Our recipe is not entirely classic, as we also use a part of dark rum and a dash of Falernum. The white rum, which is also the main ingredient of the cocktail, comes from Labat. ED's Rum is the in-house blend and is blended from 3 different rums by Pascal Kälin.
